Position: Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle basic office tasks and data entry.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Help create a positive experience for every customer interaction.
