WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Polk Air Service Technician, you’ll:
As a Polk Air Service Technician, you’ll:
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues.
- Perform professional maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
- Educate homeowners on repair, comfort, efficiency, and system options.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, IAQ, maintenance, and other comfort solutions.
- Accurately document service calls using digital tools.
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Represent Polk Air professionally in customers’ homes and throughout the community.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We want an HVAC professional who knows the trade and takes pride in it.

- Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience — REQUIRED.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- EPA Certification — Type II or Universal preferred.
- Clean, valid Florida Driver’s License — REQUIRED.
- Own professional-quality HVAC tools and know how to use them.
- Dependable, motivated, and ready to work— REQUIRED.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Team player who respects the customer, coworkers — REQUIRED.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
