Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in installing air conditioning systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.

Duties:
- Must be able to crawl on hands and knees (crawl spaces / attics) and work in high heat areas (attics).
- The Lead Installer is responsible for all components of heating and air conditioning installation in both residential and light commercial applications.
- Must have proficient knowledge in installation in Split Systems, Package Units, Furnaces and Mini Splits
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC installation or related fields.
- Strong understanding of air conditioning principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC issues in the field.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project demands.
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to pass background test
