Polk Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized CSR/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily office and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collect complete customer information and accurately enter it into our system.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and install appointments efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff.
- Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups on appointments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, invoicing support, and office organization.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and interaction.
