Polk Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized CSR/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily office and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Collect complete customer information and accurately enter it into our system.
Schedule service, maintenance, and install appointments efficiently.
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff.
Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups on appointments.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, invoicing support, and office organization.
Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and interaction.
